Hmm, I think that there's two actions to be completed here for a friends list. You have to 'grant access' to let friends read your locked posts and on their info page you have to 'subscribe' to them to see them on your 'reading page'. A bit confusing.

I have uploaded user pics okay. What happens when you try to upload a new user pic? I've imported my entire LJ here.

I'll sort all that out tonight :-)
When i go to upload a user pic it just gives me a tiny box with the red cross in.
I've tried with all sizes,too/

Probably one of the bugs they need to fix. They probably have a user forum somewhere. xx
