I think it's something to do with the site thinking you're a computer programme trying to attack the site.

Bot policy, not blot. (Ro)bots, automated web crawling programs, can visit sites much faster than a human being can, supposedly. Sounds more like an LJ glitch than anything.. very odd!

I would do a spybot/ware, adbot/ware search, clean your temp folder....I've been these kind of errors here and with my website. my 'nature photo' website got blacklisted for a while because it was "spamming" a lot of other sites. It essentially got hijacking, either through something that was on my computer or through the webhost I was using.
